  • What Happens if I don’t like what I got?

    If you aren’t happy with what you received, you can simply send it back to us. From there, you have a couple options.

    1. Get a refund on your Pak.

    2. Ask for a new item.

    We will go back and fourth with you regarding the contents of the replacement to ensure you will be satisfied the replacement. (there will be no shipping cost for the replacement)

  • Do you offer free shipping?

    Yes! We offer free shipping on all SlopePaks within the continental United States.

  • When will I receive my SlopePak?

    After placing your order, you can expect your SlopePak to be shipped within 5-7 business days. Shipping times may vary based on location, especially during the holiday season, so we recommend ordering early if you’re purchasing for a special occasion.
